Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your participation in prize competitions operated by Savvy Competitions Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales. By entering any competition, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Eligibility

Competitions are open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees of Savvy Competitions Ltd and their immediate family members are excluded. We reserve the right to verify age and identity before awarding prizes.

3. Entry

Each competition requires a correct answer to a skill-based question. Entries with incorrect answers are invalid. One entry per ticket purchased. Free postal entry is available for every competition — see Section 8.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. Entries are non-refundable once the skill question has been answered. If a competition is cancelled, full refunds will be issued automatically.

5. The Draw

Winners are selected using a cryptographically secure random number generator. Draws are logged, timestamped and auditable. Results are final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome.

6. Prizes

Prizes are as described on the competition page. There is no cash alternative unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

7. Winner Notification

Winners will be contacted via the email address associated with their account within 48 hours of the draw. Winners must respond within 14 days to claim their prize. Unclaimed prizes may be redrawn at our discretion.

8. Free Postal Entry

To enter for free, send a handwritten postcard stating the competition name, your full name, date of birth, email address, and answer to the skill question to: Savvy Competitions Ltd, PO Box details on request via hello@savvycompetitions.co.uk. One entry per postcard, per competition. Postcards must be received before the competition closing date.

9. Data Protection

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK GDPR legislation. We will not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any competition is limited to the price of the entry ticket. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
