How do I enter a competition?

Browse our live competitions, select the one you'd like to enter, answer the skill question correctly, and complete your purchase. Your ticket number will appear in your account immediately.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via our secure Stripe payment gateway. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also supported.

How are ticket numbers assigned?

Ticket numbers are assigned sequentially in the order entries are received. Each ticket number is unique to the competition and visible in your account dashboard.

When do draws take place?

Each competition has a scheduled end date or sells out when all tickets are claimed. The draw takes place shortly after the competition closes. Exact times are shown on each competition page.

How are winners selected?

Winners are chosen using a cryptographically secure random number generator. The process is fully logged and auditable. We announce winners on our website and social media channels.

Can I get a refund?

Competition entries are non-refundable once the skill question has been answered, as the service has been fully provided. If a competition is cancelled before the draw, all entrants receive a full refund.

How does free postal entry work?

Send a handwritten postcard with the competition name, your full name, email address, and your answer to the skill question to our registered address. One entry per postcard. See our Terms & Conditions for the full postal entry address and rules.

Is there an age requirement?

Yes. You must be aged 18 or over and a UK resident to enter any Savvy Competitions prize draw. We may request proof of age before releasing prizes.

What are instant wins?

Some competitions include instant-win prizes. A set number of ticket positions are randomly pre-selected before the competition opens. If you purchase one of these tickets, you win instantly — in addition to remaining in the main prize draw.
